Hub-Hub and I live with our two dogs and seven chickens in the northeast corner of Iowa. Decorah, Iowa is a great place to live and we enjoy our beautiful community. In May of 2014 we bought our first house – in the middle of town. We had hoped to buy an acreage out in the country, but it just wasn’t in the budget. As we build up equity in our starter home we still dream of moving to a farm. In the meantime, we are having fun bringing a little farm life to our in-town residence. I will keep you updated as we put down more and more roots in our beloved city and work towards one day owning our own hobby farm!
